Product Description

It is natural oil-soluble antioxidant, with appearance as light yellow-green to white powder or brown-yellow liquid, which is obtained from rosemary leaves by ethanol and water extraction or supercritical CO2 extraction technology.

Functions

It is a very stable and efficient food antioxidant,wih its antioxidantive ability 1 to 6 times stronger than BHT, BHA and PG, and better than other natural antioxidants such as tea polyphenols and vitamin E, etc. It can effectively delay oil oxidation, improve food stability and significantly prolong the shelf life of fat and fat riched foods by 2 to 3 times.

Applications

It could be widely used in various animal and vegetable oils such as fish oil, butter, sunflower oil, palm oil, sauces, bakery, fried foods, meat products such as sausages, marinated chicken, beef, natural coloring (paprika, turmeric, carrot Suspension, etc.) pet food, feed, creamy cosmetics, flavors, biological pesticides and tobacco, etc.
